WHAT WE TRAIN OUR STAFF DURING WORK SCHEDULES

We provide quality training section for our staff:

  • Provide supervision and guidance for residents during skills and building activities.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans for residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including preparation of meals and personal hygiene.
  • Develop a rapport with resident and cultivate a safe, team- suppotive relationship.
  • Update resident’s case notes on a daily basis.
  • Ensure an appropriate staff to client ratio at all times.
  • Following a care plan and noticing changes in the individual’s health, recording and reporting any differences.
  • Overseeing Medications and prescriptions usage, appointment reminders, and administering medicine.

  • Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm.
